I get my GLP-1 medication from here and it is so easy! The staff is friendly and the providers are knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend.

I have nothing bad to say about red mountain in general. The staff and doctors were super nice. I did wait to see the doctor for an hour and half one day, I finally left and it took them 30 minutes to realize I had left before they called me. The reason for the two stars is because I did the revoflex weight loss program for two months and thought it was a waste of money. I started the diet a week before I got the medication and lost 6 lbs from that alone. Did not loose any more weight once I started the medication. Not worth the price. Also they say they have cheaper price options but they don’t, it’s all the same price. $1200 down the drain in my opinion.

Everything is great, cleanliness and the staff's treatment of customers. They are very polite and give their best, in addition to the amazing result I got, but the treatment of the staff amazed me the most. Especially Elizabeth at the reception. It's a great. She memorizes the names of all clients and greets them with a smiling face.

I have nothing bad to say about red mountain in general. Just plan on staying there for one hour +++you’re not going to get in and out. You have a lot of people standing around fraternizing rooms were empty. There was a lot of people coming in at the same time. I sat there for close to a half hour before my appointment, I was early, they explained they’re not over. I don’t believe that I think they’re double booking just in case someone doesn’t show up and it’s all money-based thing I get it. The program is truly working for me. I just think they need to be more considerate to the people sitting out in the waiting room and maybe the general manager should walking around ask clients and potential clients a simple question is everything OK? Get responses do some QC customer service it’s OK. Customer service is extremely important and if you read the reviews, there’s a few similar situations of people waiting one lady even walked out so for me to believe that you’re doing everything read your reviews. I don’t think you are beef up your system walk around check in with people people hey have a nice day. How is your day? Don’t walk by look at someone to run away come on

So far, I am impressed! I only have about 10 pounds to lose. But I have been struggling trying to get them off - and had just binged the day before on sweets -- argh! I didn't even know if I was a candidate for Red Mountain Weight Loss. I was nervous about the appointment and that it is a good chunk of change you are investing. The staff at this center was professional. The doctor I spoke to was considerate, friendly and listened to my concerns. It felt like together we were coming up with a game plan that I think I can actually succeed at. I liked that the costs of items are clearly documented, so there were no "gotchas" when paying. No one did a hard sell on me to try and buy things I wasn't comfortable about buying. Red Mountain Weight Loss is a supportive environment and I felt greatly encouraged in my small weight loss journey.

Every single person at Red Mountain that I have interacted with has been super friendly, professional and positive! The front staff team is consistently efficient and friendly. The medical staff are all professional; not one of them has ever hurt me when giving my weekly injections (I usually don't even feel it at all.) So far, I have only seen Katerina, RN for my consultation visits. Every time I meet with her I'm amazed at her energy and positivity; it's contagious. After my visits I leave feeling happy and positive, like I'm on the right path to my weight loss. If you're unsure about joining Red Mountain, just make an appointment and talk with... You'll be glad you did!!!

This is a fantastic place for weight loss. It works, number 1! Dr. Bentz is the BEST! She understands your weight struggles. She is kind, caring, professional and adorable! But, I have seen other medical providers there, and they have all been excellent. Highly recommend this place and the RM3 program. You WILL see results and they will help you keep it off!
