Unfortunately my car needed repairing and I was in need of a new Car. I had the pleasure of working with Leila. It was the first time I ever went to talk to a sales person about buying a car and never felt I was being talked down to or forced to buy a car. She was understanding and so nice. She really worked with me to find a car that works with my budget and my lifestyle. I would recommend her every time if someone needed a car. She was patient and worked hard. She was always available to talk. Which is super important to me. But Hands Down Leila was the best. Thank you Leila for your help.

Felt no pressure this wasn't a horrible shopping experience. My family and, I were well received by all the Staff. The clapping was extremely embarrassing ?! This sites team definitely knows how to treat people. From the member that was showing me all the do hickies inside my car. The finance department was wonderful, we had our own lender but, like I said no pressure. To my sales person I highly recommend Joe he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The only complaint would be no wiggle rm. We do love the vehicle. Our 1st Lexus, we will be back!

Best dealership experience so far. From test drive to signing paperwork everything went smoothly and without any attempts to get more money out of the client. Gabriella Cardona was really helpful and transparent from the start. Drove home in our new Lexus GX 460 and really thankful to entire staff of Lexus of Warwick for being an example of professionalism and integrity.

I have an ancient LS and they treat it like it's the Popemobile. I usually take it there because it's not much more expensive than an indie and they always have all the right stuff on hand. It's very drama-free ... you need to borrow a car, they give you a car, no questions asked: takes two seconds. Service advisor is polite and completely straight up with me. No fuss or BS. Car works 100% perfectly and probably will for many more years.

I want to Start off by saying Joe at Lexus is the best! This man did everything in his power to make sure we were happy. The first time I called in to Lexus I was pleasantly greeted over the phone by him. My mom and I felt comfortable at Lexus. We didn't feel like we were rushed into anything like some other dealers out there. We received excellent service.I can honestly say everyone at this dealership is amazing. Karine the financial manager was wonderful as well she made sure that everything was done in the right manner and we are very thankful for that.

This is my 5th Lexus and 3rd Lexus dealer overall. But this has been one of the best car buying experiences. Leila was simply AMAZING. She provided me with a pressure free experience, very attentive and prompt to answering emails and phone calls. I got there late, so I stayed beyond their closing time but Leila made sure to stay until my process was completed. I would highly recommend her. Thank you for my Rx500h
