Unfortunately there not an option for 0 star.
I arrived at 10:45 am they sent me to the truck stop to come back until 2:00 pm.
They put me on a dock since 2:00 pm i see other trucks getting loaded and leaving the yard but me.
It’s 9:30 pm and Imma still waiting to get loaded. I tried to talk to forklift operator but they don’t care how long you have been waiting.
IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO AVOID THIS SHIPPER JUST DO IT!

Afraid this location is not worth it. They call it for appointment. They don’t know about the value of time it just wasting your time to load in one truck takes six hours.

I gave it 2 start coz they load me fast but before they get u to the dock make sure u have lunch and ua dinner with u been here for 8 hours till they finished with me . If I don't have patience I won't recommend this place

Most reviews are from drivers that have a bad experience the one time they puck up from a place. I have picked up here numerous times and can definitely say it is hit or miss with this place. More misses than hits for sure. I have shown up several hours early and got door immediately and loaded pretty fast but most times I have to wait for my appointment time and the loading is super slow. My last time getting loaded was 7 hrs on door. When you read the bad reviews they are truthful in most instances but like I said “occasionally” things work out ok. There is a truck stop right down the street as well as truck and trailer repair shop. Whatever you do make sure you bring your lunch with you. The highlight of this place is the young lady in guard shack. She is always super nice.

I don't advise anyone to take cargo from here, because the guys don't know how to work at all or they have too few trucks to load. I arrived 30 minutes before the meeting time and waited another 4-5 hours to just give me the doors, but it wasn't easy to do that either. I had to go to their office 3 times to they started rushing and after that they loaded me for another 4 hours.

Surprised this place still gets contracts for business. Been here since 1:15pm and still here (7pm)waiting to get loaded! Makes absolutely no sense! Not professional at all, not sure if it's management, loading team or their strategy on getting trucks loaded and back onto their delivery routes. Whatever it is, its a terrible plan of execution. Also no entrance sign or building name...just gotta take a guess if you're at the right place. Shut this place down ASAP!

Had an 8 pm appointment. Showed up at 6 pm. Put on a door about 7:15 pm. They finally started loading at about 7:45 pm, but dont get too excited. They would load a pallet and take a break. Load a pallet and take a break. After a couple hours of this, I get a call telling me they're going to move me to another door on the opposite side of the facility because most of my load was coming from that side. They proceeded to take the 3 pallets, that they took the last 2 hours to load, back off. Which took another hour. Then I get on the second door and didn't get to leave till 1:15 am. During the beginning of all that, the yard dog wanted to try to play security and tried to tell me that I had to leave and wait at the truck stop down the road. Unfortunately for him, I was on the phone with them being assigned a door when he did it, and he got himself in some trouble.
