My husband and I found ourselves in need of a new vehicle after our outback got rear ended. I went into Balise Subaru on my own and met John G. I did let him know when I arrived that I would not be making any final decisions until my husband could be there. He proceeded to ask me about what I liked about my previous car and what I was interested in for the next. We spent the afternoon driving just about every car option Subaru offers. After that we simply booked an appointment for a date later in the week. When my husband and I arrived back an hour early, a young woman jumped up and addressed me by my name. I had no idea how she recognized me or put two and two together that quickly but it immediately made me feel comfortable. Due to us being so early John G was working with another customer. He continued to help said customer but also made sure to get keys for my husband and I to test out vehicles we were interested in. After we decided on the Forester we came back and began speaking with John G. He was able to help us get into the exact vehicle we wanted and a monthly payment that was do-able for us. He even went the extra step to help us set up the wireless car play with both of our cellphones. We could not have asked for a better experience during such an overwhelming time. Thank you John G!
