We recently purchased our first new car in 14 years. SO much has changed in that time! Our friend Steve (a former Car salesman at another dealership) highly recommended Tufankjian Toyota. SO glad he steered us in that direction! We had the BEST Salesman, Sam. He was so friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross. Bought 3 cars from this location in the past 6 months and love them all. It's becoming a family ordeal coming here because we enjoy the experience. This recent visit, they didn't have the exact vehicle my wife wanted so I stayed to continue working with a salesman and the family went to a neighboring Toyota dealership and they came right back because the experience was lacking over there. We feel appreciated over here at Toyota of Braintree. Definitely will come back.

My sales associate Pedro Teodoro was incredible! This was my first time buying a new car, and Pedro helped walk me through everything with zero stress and he never made me feel pressured at any step of the process! Pedro never tried to force me into anything I did not want, he was transparent and truthful, he was forthcoming, honest, and above all else, he was incredibly nice and easy-going! His calm and patient demeanor put me at ease, and he never made me feel pressured into anything I did not want. I will be coming back again in the future for sure!

Also, the business manager Arthur Martel was incredibly generous and thoughtful by throwing on some features that were affordable and in my price range! I had a great experience with this dealer and I will be coming back in the future!
